At Catley Furniture, restoration isn’t just a side offering — it’s a natural extension of the same craftsmanship that goes into our bespoke furniture.
Brendon has been working with timber for over 20 years, restoring everything from mid-century dining tables to heirloom dressers. He approaches every restoration as if it were his own piece — carefully assessing what needs to be repaired, preserved, or enhanced.
Whether it's a treasured family table that's seen better days, or a secondhand gem needing a new lease on life, Brendon works with care, skill, and attention to detail that only comes with decades of experience.
What We Restore:
Solid timber dining tables

Antique and mid-century furniture
Refinishing and re-oiling, including French polishing and single-pack or two-pack lacquer finishes.
Note: We specialise in timber furniture. We don’t repair of mass-produced particleboard pieces.
Our Process:
Every restoration starts with a conversation. Send us a photo of the piece, along with a brief description of its condition and what you’re hoping to have done. Brendon will review it and let you know whether it’s suitable for restoration, along with a ballpark estimate.
For insurance claims, formal quotes are available from $200, depending on the number of pieces involved.

Insurance Quotes & Restoration
Brendon is available for insurance-related restoration work, whether it’s water-damaged timber, fire-affected pieces, or furniture damaged in transit. He has worked with both homeowners and insurers to restore valued pieces to their former condition, wherever possible.
